Born and raised in Northern Virginia, it wasn't until I moved out west to Los Angeles and started hiking on my own til I picked up a big girl camera in an attempt to share the wonderful world and nature I was experiencing around me. My first real backpacking experience was hiking through Havasupai Indian Reservation back in 2013. It was safe to say I was hooked. Since then I've picked up a number of skills and outdoor activities such as canyoneering, climbing, and packrafting. I've driven across United States in my car more times than I can count hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors, sometimes alone, and recently more often with my dog and partner. I've ridden across Vietnam by motorcycle on a solo cross country trip in 2015, backpacked most of Southeast Asia, and explored more than fifteen

countries. I take my time through each country, coming back to some more often than others learning the culture, experiencing nature and wilderness, and learning from the people. Some places, like Havasupai, draw me back every year and I've had the wonderful opportunity to guide groups on multi-day backpacking trips through this lovely gem in tucked away in the southwestern part of the Grand Canyon. I choose to share my adventures via social media and blogs in hopes to inspire other to dream BIG, take more risks, and ultimately inspire others with their passion. A little mission I summarize in a hashtag, #followyouradventure. Through my presence on social media I've gotten to connect and work with a lot of inspiring brands helping with content production, product testing and development, branding and social presence, and catalog shoots. If you're interested in working together, I'd love to hear from you. If you'd like more information on my guided trips, more information can be found at www.followyouradventure.com.
